Let yourself be won over by this new ravioli filled with 55% sausage and 17% bread, a tribute to the generosity of the Ligurian-Piedmontese tradition.
Born from a project with Valbormida Formazione, “Uno Tira l’Altro” is the result of the talent and creativity of the cooking class students who reinterpreted the “Tira” – sausage cooked in bread – a De.Co product from the municipality of Cairo Montenotte.
Suitable for traditional menus, or for chefs who want to bring to the table a dish with a strong connection to the territory.

Our Ravioli Uno Tira L’Altro: 52% sausage and 16% bread in the filling, enclosed in an egg pastry with the classic square shape and a pasta/filling ratio of approximately 47/53.
This product is the result of a special collaboration with Valbormida Formazione,
our local cooking training program, and is inspired by Tira, a De.Co. (Municipal Designation of Origin) product that tells the gastronomic story of our valleys.The filling is a symphony of robust flavours: the sausage marries well with the fragrance of fresh bread and the flavour of the cheese, creating a taste balance that conquers you at the first bite.
Rosemary and garlic complete an intense, bold aromatic profile.
