Our Piedmontese Raviolini are born from the great Piedmontese gastronomic tradition. The filling tells a story of authentic flavors: Italian beef and pork, selected and carefully browned, blends with the delicacy of mortadella, the intensity of cured ham, and the tenderness of cooked ham. A balance of tastes enriched by grated cheese, rosemary, and nutmeg.
The egg pasta is thin and resilient: it withstands cooking while maintaining that al dente texture that the most demanding chefs seek.
