La Ginestra, a family pasta
Ours is a simple story: a family, a kitchen, the desire to do things well.
We have been producing frozen pasta for more than twenty years and our name, La Ginestra, means “Spanish broom” and is a tribute to a family wheat field, cultivated with wheat and surrounded by this colourful shrub, between Piedmont and Liguria, a land of great gastronomic excellence.
Before becoming pasta manufacturers, we worked in kitchens, those with intense rhythms, where every second counts. That is why today we produce pasta for the catering and food service industry with artisan care. Because we know what is really needed in the kitchen. And what a pasta must have to do its job well.

Anyone who works in the kitchen knows it: you need pasta that is both good and reliable.
And it is precisely with the needs of catering professionals in mind that we take care of every detail of our pasta.
The pastry is thin but tough, holds its shape without breaking and gives the palate the same sensation as homemade pasta.

Delicious ideas for your aperitif
Thanks to their thin pastry and carefully crafted filling, our ravioli are also excellent fried or grilled, so you can serve them as a delicious appetizer or as an unusual starter.
Place them, still frozen, in the fryer for 20-30 seconds (or 3-4 minutes in an air fryer) and voilà!
