We specialise in the production of frozen pasta for the catering industry, because that is where our roots lie. We know the hectic pace of kitchen services – from the 40-covers trattoria to the 400-covers banqueting hall – and we know that brigades need a product that satisfies the palate, but also that:

Our catalogue includes more than 80 items. and includes filled and non-filled pasta, designed for commercial and collective catering. We offer classic formats, regional recipes and more innovative ingredients and cooking methods suggestions. The sheet of our frozen pasta is thin but tough, the fillings plentiful and well-balanced.

We chose deep-freezing because it is a natural preservation method, which preserves flavour and structure without the need to add add additives. It allows to store the product for a long time, use only the amount needed and thus reduce food waste.

We have two packaging lines, one dedicated to food service professionals and one for retail. In fact, in addition to serving restaurateurs directly, we mainly work with wholesalers, food service distributors and Ho.Re.Ca. professionals. We like to forge partnerships with our customers, working side by side and supporting them in the development of their ideas, to help carry out their projects.
As far as retail is concerned, you can find us in the large-scale retail trade and, on a local level, also in small village food shops, which keep small towns alive.

And the rigour of food technologists guarantee safety at every stage of production, with method and the appropriate controls.

We are flexible, and this allows us to listen to the customer, making a tailor-made format chosen among the ones available, creating a customised filling, offering direct contact with one of the owners. And we are structured to serve customers seamlessly, organising production and responding promptly to their requests.
