The Ligurian Pesto Lunette, an authentic tribute to the flavors of our land, are a tribute to the Ligurian tradition of pasta with pesto, potatoes, and green beans, transformed into a filling. The pesto (25% of the filling) is prepared according to the traditional recipe: minimum 25% basil, grated cheese, Pecorino Romano PDO, pine nuts, and garlic. A real, recognizable, and fragrant pesto that you can truly taste.
As Ligurian tradition teaches, we have used pesto, potatoes, and green beans, but we have put them inside the filling. The ricotta softens and binds, creating a creamy texture that explodes with flavor at the first bite.
It is Genovese pesto becoming a filling, keeping its green and enveloping aromatic identity intact.
The shape is a half-moon (9.8 g per piece), and the thin pasta cooks in 2 minutes while maintaining its characteristic shape. Approximately 14 pieces are needed for a 140 g portion.
