The braised meat ravioli are one of the most successful products of our pasta factory. A great recipe that it is passing on the Italian tradition over time, from generation to generation.
From soft wheat flour to braised beef, all ingredients are carefully chosen, for an impeccable product .
The meat used for the stuffing comes from Italian farms and the whole production process, up to packaging, is done in the pasta factory La Ginestra, near Savona.

PASTRY: 00-type soft wheat flour, pasteurized eggs (20%), durum wheat semolina, water, sunflower oil.
STUFFING: 45% braised beef, mixed sauté (celery, carrots, onions), pasteurized egg albumen, red wine (contains sulphites), tomato pulp, sunflower oil, potato flakes, salt, garlic, rosemary, sage, nutmeg.
May contain contain soy and milk.
The beef meat used by La Ginestra Pasta Factory is obtained from animals reared and slaughtered in Italy.
