Cooking tips

Our products have a very thin pastry (it only takes a few minutes for them to be ready after you plunge them into boiling water) and are stuffed with tasty ingredients: this is why we suggest to serve them with a delicate sauce.

The best way to enjoy them is with soft melted butter, herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram...) and a light dredging of parmesan or grana cheese.

We also suggest you to deep-fry them for a few seconds and enjoy them as a snack or appetizer; otherwise, you can prepare a light but equally tasty course toasting them on a hot plate or a non-stick frying pan, combining them with dressings and sauces.
